International research proves that being physically active improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression and negative moods and by improving self-esteem and cognitive function. This is particularly important during COVID-times.

To raise awareness about these facts, and because we know how important it is to find lots of different ways to keep everyone active throughout the year, we are introducing a NEW initiative called #FeelGoodFridays, for both children and parents!

We know so many people are working from home these days so we can all benefit from some movement breaks and activity. At the start of each week, we will let you know #FeelGood activity and we expect you to join in! And yes, we will be watching! :) The first #FeelGoodFriday will launch on October 23rd.

The activity will be sent to you via Aladdin Connect and the Friday homework tab!
