About the Event
The Daily Mile is an easy and fun way to get more activity into our school day. The aim of The Daily Mile is to improve the physical, social, emotional and mental health and wellbeing of our children – regardless of age, ability or personal circumstances. Teachers will each choose a running plan for their class and implement the running initiative into their timetables.
As the days progress, children will be able to notice their progress each week and set new running targets for themselves.
